* squat * push-ups * pull-ups *rotation

HEALTHY DIET:

– Emphasizea fruits , vegetables and fat free

MY OWN LIST OF EATING:

1. EGG AND BREAD WITH MILK IN THE MORNING
2. MEAT AND A LITTLE BIT OF RICE WITH WATER IN THE LUNCH
3. RICE WITH VEGETABLES IN THE DINNER as much as possible less rice in dinner.
I also started following proper diet and exercise while I was young to make it easier to get rid of any fat or pain inside my body. It is important that we take care of our body by simply eating nutritious food and exercising. It will help our future to be better physical when we are already working.
